Stunning, architecturally designed 4 bedroom house. An en-suite master bedroom, underfloor heating, bespoke kitchen and 3 individually designed outdor areas complete this superb home.

This project was featured in Self Builder and Homemaker magazine (click here to read the full article) due to the challenges that were presented to our client and in turn us as their building Partner. This house represented Phase 2 of the project after sub-dividing a Victorian property on Lordship Lane in Dulwich. The plot of land was 'L' shaped with four single garages and a small workshop which adjoined an electrical sub-station.

We were surrounded by neighbours and were building hard up to the pavement resulting in temporary footpath closures. Due to the ground conditions and the proximity to the sub-station we used a piled foundation with a raft. The house was built from Sevenoaks Yellow bricks and block with timber intermediate floors and an Alwitra single ply membrane roof.

The house was open plan and benefitted from glass roofs to the Living room and Kitchen making the spaces light and airy. On the upper floors the house had 4 bedrooms spread over the first floor and second floor.
